ALL sales are final and cannot be cancelled. Unfortunately, due to the special nature of our merchandise, we are unable to accommodate refunds or exchanges under any circumstances. Once an order is placed, our vendors are also unable to cancel, make changes, or modify any order. Before placing your order, please be sure of the style, color, size, and any other specifications before you submit your order. The submission of any order fully acknowledges your agreements to these Terms & Conditions.

Ordering

We highly recommend placing all orders as far in advance of your wedding or event as possible. You will want to permit sufficient time for the production, shipping, and any alterations that may be necessary.
Our vendors reserve the right to change their delivery time frames at any point in time without any advanced notice. Once again, all sales are final.
Currency is calculated in Rands (ZAR) only.

Estimated Delivery

The estimated delivery given in the order confirmation indicates the time frame the vendor will ship the order to our specific location. The time frame is an estimate only provided by the vendor. Due to specific cutting dates of their styles, vendors do not guarantee their delivery dates. Delivery dates are tentative and subject to change. On occasion, there may be a slight delay in production, which affects the order’s delivery to Splendour Gallery. Please be assured we take every measure to ensure orders are delivered in the timeliest manner.

Selecting a Size

Our vendors create and provide their own sizing charts, which reflects the specific measurements they use to cut and determine their sizes. These size charts are located on the lower bar of our website arranged by designer and category. It is imperative to follow the vendor’s size chart for the product to choose the size to order. Please note measurements are taken to determine the closest size to be ordered and the garment will not be custom-made to exact measurements. Almost all apparel will need some type of alteration.

Measurements and sizes are based on U.S. calculations

The vendor is unable to accommodate any changes to the size once the order has been placed.
The customer is responsible for the size ordered and whether or not to order extra or custom length. Splendour Gallery cannot assume any responsibility for the size selected by the customer.

No-Cancellation Policy

All sales are final and cannot be cancelled. We cannot accommodate exchanges or refunds.

Custom & Duty Fees

Custom and duty fees may be imposed by the recipient’s country. Splendour Gallery is not responsible to notify or charge customers for any additional custom and/ or duty fees. The recipient is responsible for applicable custom and/ or duty fees upon receipt of the order.

Arrival Of Order

Upon receipt of your order at our location, our staff thoroughly inspects all packages and items. Please allow for 7 – 10 business days for domestic delivery and 7 – 14 business days for international delivery. These delivery time frames are estimates only and actual delivery may vary.

Limitations

You agree that you will not: (a) use this Website for any commercial or political purpose (including, without limitation, for purposes of advertising, soliciting funds, collecting product prices, or selling products); (b) monitor, gather, or copy content on this Website by using any robot, “bot”, spider, crawler, spyware, engine, device, software, extraction tool, or any other automatic device, utility, or manual process of any kind; (c) frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any Trademark or other proprietary information (including, without limitation, any images, text, or page layout); (d) use any meta tags or any other “hidden text” utilizing any Trademarks; (e) engage in any activities through or in connection with this Website that seek to attempt to harm minors or are unlawful, offensive, obscene, threatening, harassing, or abusive, or that violate any right of any third party; or (f) engage in any activity that interferes with a user’s access to this Website or the proper operation of this Website. You also agree that, in using this Website, you will not impersonate any person or entity.

Splendour Gallery or its suppliers performance under these Terms and Conditions of use are subject to interruption and delay due to causes beyond their reasonable control, such as acts of God, acts of any government, war or other hostility, civil disorder, the elements, fire, explosion, power failure, equipment failure, industrial or labor dispute, inability to obtain necessary supplies and the like.

Operation of Website

Splendour Gallery shall also have the right without notice and at any time, for any reason, to discontinue operation of the Website or any portion thereof, or any products or services offered through the Website, or to terminate your right to access or use the Website or any portion thereof or your account, including for any conduct that we, in our sole discretion, believe is in violation of any applicable law or is harmful to the interests of another user or Splendour Gallery or its suppliers.
